Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- melted margarine - 1/2 c
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- medium onion, chopped fine - 1 item
- eggs, slightly beaten - 5 item
- Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing - 2 c
How to make spinach balls:
Mix all ingredients well. Chill until firm (this step is optional, makes rolling easier). Roll into walnut size balls. Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350°. Makes 48 to 50.Can be frozen before or after baking.
