Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- brown sugar - 2 c
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- molasses - 1 Tbsp
- popped corn - 6 qt
- Karo syrup - 1/2 c
- cubes margarine - 2 item
How to make caramel corn:
Combine sugar, margarine, syrup, salt and molasses in pan. Bring to boil and boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add soda. Stir well.Pour mixture over popcorn and mix well. Put into 2 large cookie sheets lightly sprayed or oiled. Bake 1 hour at 200°. Cool and break into pieces.
