Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1 item
- brown sugar - 1 c
- baking soda - 1/4 tsp
- white corn syrup - 1/4 c
- popped popcorn
- cashews, almonds or peanuts optional - 1 item
How to make caramel corn:
If using microwave popcorn, use 1 1/2 to 2 bags of popped corn. Remove unpopped kernels. Combine sugar, margarine and syrup in a large bowl. Cook on High in microwave for 2 to 3 minutes until bubbly or 4 minutes on top of stove. Stir well and addRecipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, American.
