- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- stick margarine - 1 item
- brown sugar - 1 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- peanuts - 1 item
- white corn syrup - 1/4 c
- popped popcorn - 4 6
How to make microwave caramel corn:
Put popcorn in large grocery bag and set aside. Combine sugar, margarine, syrup, vanilla and salt. Microwave on High 4 minutes. Stir after 2 minutes. Add baking soda; mix. Pour over popcorn and stir to combine. Place bag in microwave on High 1 1/2 miRecipe categories: Desserts, Microwave, Candy.
