Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3 c
- flour
- instant chocolate pudding - 2 pkgs
- confectioners sugar - 1 c
- chopped nuts optional - 1/2 c
- softened cream cheese - 8 oz
- containers Cool Whip - 2 (9
- 1/2 stick margarine, melted - 1 item
How to make chocolate slush:
Mix flour, margarine and nuts and press into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes. Cool crust.Mix cream cheese and sugar at room temperature with electric beater. Mix in by hand 1 (9 ounce) Cool Whip. Spread on base.
Mix together chocolate pudding and milk. Refrigerate 3 to 4 minutes until set. Spread on top of cream cheese mixture.
Spread 1 (9 ounce) Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle with nuts or shavings of chocolate.
