sugar - 2 c
eggs - 4 item
vanilla - 1 tsp
chopped pecans - 1 c
salt - 1/2 tsp
flour - 2 c
soda - 1 tsp
cocoa - 4 Tbsp
buttermilk - 1 c
margarine - 1 c
warm mashed potatoes - 1 c

How to make potato cake:

Cream sugar and margarine. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each one. Add potatoes. Sift together dry ingredients and add alternately with buttermilk. Add vanilla and nuts. Pour into 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
