Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 2 c
- melted butter - 1 c
- unpopped corn - 1 to
- lite corn syrup - 1/2 c
How to make caramel corn:
Cook popcorn. Place in large brown bag. Shake old maids to bottom. Remove popped corn. In saucepan mix brown sugar, melted butter, syrup and salt; stir together and bring to boil. Boil 5 minutes. Add vanilla, then add soda. Pour and stir together over popped corn. Spread popped corn over cookie sheet or bread pan. Place in 200° oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
