Sweet potato souffle
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1/2 c
- brown sugar
- melted butter - 1/3 c
- stick butter, melted - 1/3 item
- pecans - 1 c
- can sweet potatoes, drained and mashed - 1 oz
How to make sweet potato souffle:
Topping:1 c. brown sugar1/2 c. flour1/3 c. melted butter1 c. pecans Mix well the potatoes, sugar, eggs, milk, salt, butter and vanilla; pour into buttered pan.Topping: Mix ingredients together; crumble over potato mixture. Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes, uncovered.
