Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 8 oz
- boiled ham, sliced thin or Buddig ham - 1 lb
- jar whole sweet gherkins - 1 item
How to make ham roll ups:
Pat ham slices with paper towel to be sure they are dry. Spread thin layer of softened cream cheese on one side of ham. Place whole gherkin along short side of ham. Roll across. Slice the ham roll into 3/4-inch pieces. Serve.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Sandwich.
