Butterscotch dessert
Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- milk - 3 c
- flour
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- chopped walnuts - 1 c
- Cool Whip - 9 oz
- 1/2 sticks butter - 1 item
- instant butterscotch pudding - 2 pkg
How to make butterscotch dessert:
Mix butter, flour and nuts. Put into 9 x 13-inch pan; press around sides and bottom. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350°. Let cool.Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip. Cream real well together. Spread on top of crust.
Mix 2 packages of instant pudding and 3 cups milk. Put that on top of cream cheese mixture.
Top with remaining Cool Whip; sprinkle some crushed nuts on top.
Also very good with chocolate or lemon pudding. The lemon is a real refreshing dessert.
