Buttermilk pecan waffles

- eggs - 4 item
- chopped pecans - 3 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- buttermilk - 2 c
- baking powder - 1 Tbsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 2 c
- butter, melted - 1/2 c
How to make buttermilk pecan waffles:
Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs until light. Add buttermilk; mix well. Add dry ingredients and beat until batter is smooth. Stir in butter. Pour about 3/4 cup batter onto a lightly greased preheated waffle iron. Sprinkle with a few pecans. Bake until golden brown.
