Buttermilk pecan chicken
Ingredients/Components
- buttermilk - 1/2 c
- pecans, finely chopped
- dijon mustard - 1/4 c
- large skinless boneless chicken breasts - 4 item
- seasoning salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
How to make buttermilk pecan chicken:
Rinse chicken breasts and pat dry. Combine buttermilk and mustard in a bowl. Add chicken, turn to coat and marinate for 1 hour. Preheat oven to 375°. Place pecans on plate. Remove chicken from buttermilk mixture and shake off excess. Dredge in pecans all over and place on baking sheet. Season with seasoning salt and pepper.
