How to make buttermilk chicken:
Dip chicken in 1/2 cup buttermilk, then roll in flour seasoned with salt and pepper. Melt margarine in 13 x 9-inch pan. Place chicken in pan and bake, uncovered, at 375° for 30 minutes. Turn chicken and bake 15 minutes. Blend 1/2 cup buttermilk, 1/2 cup sour cream and soup. Pour over chicken. Bake 15 minutes more.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
