Buttermilk chicken
Ingredients/Components
- buttermilk - 2 c
- butter, melted - 1/2 c
- paprika - 2 tsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- cornflake crumbs - 2 c
- chicken, remove skin chicken breasts may be used - 2 lb
How to make buttermilk chicken:
Combine first four ingredients together. Mix well. In a separate bowl, add buttermilk. Dip chicken pieces or chicken breasts into buttermilk and then into batter. Place into foil lined pan (13 x 9-inch). Cover with foil. Bake at 400° for 45 minutes. Remove from oven, uncover and pour melted butter over chicken.
