Buffalo chicken wings
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- margarine, melted - 1/4 c
- Tabasco sauce - 1 tsp
- hot pepper sauce - 6 tsp
- chicken wings
- cayenne peppers - 1/8 tsp
How to make buffalo chicken wings:
Split wings at each joint and discard tips. Pat dry. Place on baking sheet sprayed with nonstick vegetable spray. Bake 30 minutes at 325°.Combine margarine, hot pepper sauce, Tabasco sauce, salt and cayenne. Mix well. Place wings in covered container; pour mixture over wings. Keep small portion to marinate. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours (overnight for best results). Turn several times before serving; broil wings 3 to 4 inches from heat 5 to 6 minutes on each side. Brush often with reserved marinade. Brush with any remaining marinade before serving. Makes 7 to 8 servings.
