Buffalo chicken lasagna
Ingredients/Components
- water
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- garlic salt - 1 tsp
- hot sauce - 2 3
- egg substitute - 1/2 c
- lasagna noodles uncooked - 12 item
- nonfat Ricotta cheese - 15 oz
- skinless, boneless chicken breast, cubed - 1 lb
- crumbled Bleu cheese - 3/4 c
- low-fat spaghetti sauce - 4 c
How to make buffalo chicken lasagna:
Preheat oven to 350°. Spray a large skillet with Pam cooking spray; place over medium heat until hot. Add chicken and saut 4 minutes; drain well. Stir in spaghetti sauce, water, hot sauce, vinegar and garlic salt.In a small bowl, combine Ricotta cheese and egg substitute; set aside. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray. Spread one cup of the sauce over the bottom. Arrange 3 or 4 pieces of lasagna over sauce. Spread with sauce, then layer with the Ricotta cheese mixture. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with sauce. Cover and bake 1 hour and 10 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with Bleu cheese and bake 5 more minutes.
