Ingredients/Components
- ground chuck - 2 lb
- eggs - 3 item
- parsley - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- garlic pepper - 1/8 tsp
- oregano - 1/4 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 3 Tbsp
- bread crumbs as needed to form meatballs - 1 item
How to make italian meatballs:
Mix above ingredients thoroughly. Shape into 1 or 2 inch balls. Brown on cookie sheets in 350° oven for about 15 minutes. Add to spaghetti sauce and simmer for at least an hour or two.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, One Dish meal.
