Ingredients/Components

  • ground chuck - 2 lb
  • eggs - 3 item
  • parsley - 2 Tbsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • garlic pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • oregano - 1/4 tsp
  • Parmesan cheese - 3 Tbsp
  • bread crumbs as needed to form meatballs - 1 item

How to make italian meatballs:

Mix above ingredients thoroughly. Shape into 1 or 2 inch balls. Brown on cookie sheets in 350° oven for about 15 minutes. Add to spaghetti sauce and simmer for at least an hour or two.
