- eggs - 8 item
- half and half - 1 pt
- salt - 1 tsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- slices bread, cubed - 6 item
- onion powder - 1/2 tsp
- Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- slices bacon crispy - 6 item
How to make brunch egg casserole:
Butter 9 x 13-inch glass pan. Mix 5 top ingredients; put in blender. Pour over bread cubes. Shred Cheddar cheese over eggs. Sprinkle bacon crumbs over cheese. Bake at 325° for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. Cut like cake.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Casseroles, Omelets and frittatas.
