- milk - 3 c
- salt
- dry mustard
- slices bread, cubed - 4 item
- Cheddar cheese
- bacon, browned and drained - 1 lb
- chopped chives for color - 1 item
How to make egg brunch:
Beat eggs well; add milk, bread, salt and mustard. Stir in cheese and meat. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Refrigerate overnight. Bake for 45 minutes or until firm in a 350° oven.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Main dish, One Dish meal.
