  • salt
  • dry mustard
  • slices bread, cubed - 4 item
  • Cheddar cheese
  • bacon, browned and drained - 1 lb
  • chopped chives for color - 1 item

How to make egg brunch:

Beat eggs well; add milk, bread, salt and mustard. Stir in cheese and meat. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Refrigerate overnight. Bake for 45 minutes or until firm in a 350° oven.
