Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 10 item
- milk - 3 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- dry mustard
- slices bread, cubed - 4 item
- Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- sausage
How to make egg and sausage casserole:
Brown sausage and drain well. Mix eggs and milk. Add salt, mustard and bread crumbs. Add 1 1/2 cups Cheddar cheese and sausage. Pour into 9 x 13-inch greased pan. Put the other 1/2 cup cheese on top. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake 1 hour at 350°. Serves 8.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Casseroles, High calcium.
