Ingredients/Components
- eggs, beaten - 8 item
- medium bell pepper, chopped - 1/2 item
- cup flour - 1/2 item
- cup butter, melted - 1/4 item
- cup onion, chopped - 1/3 item
- 3/4 cup milk - 1 item
- cups Cheddar cheese, shredded - 3 item
- cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 3 item
- jar mushrooms, drained - 1 item
- cooked ham, chopped or sausage, browned - 8 oz
How to make brunch egg bake:
In a large bowl, toss cheese and sprinkle half in an ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Saut?© mushrooms, onion, and pepper with butter until tender. Layer over cheese. Spread ham or sausage over vegetables and sprinkle remaining cheese over the top. Blend flour, milk and eggs and pour mixture over layers.
