Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 5 item
- milk
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1/4 c
- grated Cheddar cheese - 4 c
- Monterey Jack cheese - 1 lb
- cans whole green chiles - 4 oz
How to make chili rellenos:
Slit chiles lengthwise on one side. Remove seeds and drain. Slice Monterey Jack cheese into 1/4-inch thick slices and place inside chiles. Place stuffed chiles in an ungreased 3 quart baking dish.
