Chili rellenos

Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 5 item
• milk
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour - 1/4 c
• grated Cheddar cheese - 4 c
• Monterey Jack cheese - 1 lb
• cans whole green chiles - 4 oz

How to make chili rellenos:

Slit chiles lengthwise on one side. Remove seeds and drain. Slice Monterey Jack cheese into 1/4-inch thick slices and place inside chiles. Place stuffed chiles in an ungreased 3 quart baking dish. Mix eggs, milk, flour and salt well and pour over chile
