Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 8 item
- milk - 2 c
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- slices bread, cubed - 8 item
- onion salt - 1/2 tsp
- margarine, melted - 3 Tbsp
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 c
- dash of garlic salt - 1 item
- green pepper optional - 1 item
- sausage, browned or 1 1/2 c - 1 lb
How to make brunch casserole:
Put bread in buttered 9 x 13-inch pan. Top with sausage or ham. In blender, mix eggs, milk, margarine, onion salt, mustard, garlic salt and green pepper (if desired). Pour over bread and meat. Sprinkle cheese over all. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325° about 50 minutes or until done.
