Brunch casserole
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- milk - 2 c
- dry mustard - 3/4 tsp
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- shredded cheddar cheese - 2 c
- 6-8 slices bread
- milk mix with mushroom soup - 1/2 c
- bulk sausage - cooked & drained - 1 pkg
How to make brunch casserole:
Grease 9 X 13 pan; add bread & 1 cup cheese. Cover with sausage. Mix eggs and 2 cups milk & mustard. Pour over casserole & cover. Set overnight.Next day: mix soup & milk and pour over mixture. Sprinkle rest of cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
