Ingredients/Components

  • vanilla - 2 Tbsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • water - 1/3 c
  • cooking oil - 3/4 c
  • rolled oats - 4 c
  • sesame seed - 1/2 c
  • raw wheat germ - 2 c
  • brown sugar heaping - 1 c
  • hulled sunflower nuts - 1 c
  • coconut can substitute in dried milk - 1 c

How to make granola:

Combine all ingredients in large bowl; mix well. Spread in large shallow pan. Bake at 300° for 45 minutes. Stir often as it browns and burns easily. Serve "as is" with milk or use in cookies and bread.
