Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 2 Tbsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- water - 1/3 c
- cooking oil - 3/4 c
- rolled oats - 4 c
- sesame seed - 1/2 c
- raw wheat germ - 2 c
- brown sugar heaping - 1 c
- hulled sunflower nuts - 1 c
- coconut can substitute in dried milk - 1 c
How to make granola:
Combine all ingredients in large bowl; mix well. Spread in large shallow pan. Bake at 300° for 45 minutes. Stir often as it browns and burns easily. Serve "as is" with milk or use in cookies and bread.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Grains, Granola and porridge.
