Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- milk - 2 c
- mustard - 1 Tbsp
- sharp Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- sausage - 1 lb
- slices bread, crust removed - 8 item
How to make brunch casserole:
Put trimmed bread in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan. Add grated cheese and cooked sausage. Mix eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper (optional). Pour over sausage. Refrigerate overnight. Next morning, bake at 350° for 35 minutes.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
