Brown rice casserole
Ingredients/Components
- chopped onion - 1 c
- chopped celery - 1 c
- can mushrooms - 1 item
- rice - 1 c
- stick oleo margarine - 1 item
- beef bouillon 2 cubes - 2 c
How to make brown rice casserole:
Melt oleo. Brown the rice in the oleo. Add celery and onion. Cook on low heat 20 minutes or more. Add 2 cups beef bouillon liquid and 1 can mushrooms. Bake in casserole 1 1/2 hours at 300°. Serves 8.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
