- flour - 5 Tbsp
- black pepper - 1 item
- red pepper - 1 item
- chicken, beef or pork broth - 1 item
How to make brown gravy:
In dry boiler, sprinkle red pepper, black pepper, salt and flour. Over medium heat, stir until flour mixture is brown. Add 2 cups broth; stir until thick as desired. More or less broth may be used.Recipe categories: Sauces, Condiments, etc., Savory sauces.
