Ingredients/Components
- flour
- water - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- small onion, cut up - 1 item
- meat pork chops, chicken or steak, fried - 1 item
- of grease with meat drippings - 2 Tbsp
How to make brown gravy:
Fry your meat. Drain your grease, leaving about 2 tablespoons of grease in pan with your meat drippings. Cut up a small onion and brown. Then, put in flour and brown. Add water to desired thickness. Add salt and pepper to taste.Recipe categories: Sauces, Condiments, etc., Savory sauces.
