Brown gravy



  • salt - 1 tsp
  • self-rising flour - 3 Tbsp
  • bacon drippings - 4 Tbsp
  • whole milk - 2 c

How to make brown gravy:

Add bacon grease, salt and flour. Stir until brown. Add milk slowly, stirring until thickens. Serves 8.
