Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1 c
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- margarine - 1/2 c
- popped corn - 3 qt
- cream or tartar - 1/4 tsp
How to make caramel corn:
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan except popcorn over medium heat; cook until it coats a spoon. Pour over popped corn. You can add peanuts to mixture before pouring over corn. Bake on cookie sheets for 1 hour at 200° for extra crispness.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, American.
