Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- melted butter - 3 Tbsp
- boiling water
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- garlic salt - 1 Tbsp
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- finely chopped onions - 2 Tbsp
- chicken bouillon cubes - 2 item
- cooked, chopped broccoli - 1 c
How to make broccoli cheese soup:
In a pot, cook onions in butter until tender. Blend in flour and seasonings. Add milk, stirring constantly. Cook slowly until thick. Add cheese; cook until melted. Remove from heat.
