Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 2 c
- flour - 3 tsp
- melted butter - 2 tsp
- boiling water
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chicken bouillon cubes - 5 item
- onion - 2 tsp
- grated mild Cheddar cheese - 1 c
How to make broccoli cheese soup:
In a saucepan cook onion in butter until tender. Blend in flour and pepper. Add milk. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Add cheese.In another pan, dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water. Add frozen broccoli. Cook until tender. Add to cheese mixture and blend.
