Ingredients/Components
- Velveeta cheese - 8 oz
- Minute rice
- celery, chopped - 1 c
- stick butter or margarine - 3/4 item
- frozen chopped broccoli - 2 pkg
- cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
- chopped onion medium - 1 item
- 1/2 cans water - 1 item
How to make broccoli casserole:
Combine all ingredients. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch greased pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. If soupy, bake longer. This is also good reheated.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Broccoli.
