  • water - 1 c
  • stick butter - 3/4 item
  • chopped onion - 1 c
  • Minute rice - 2 c
  • can mushroom soup - 1 item
  • boxes frozen chopped broccoli - 2 item

How to make broccoli casserole:

Grease casserole. Mix everything together at once and bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes. Hint: Soften butter and thaw broccoli. It will mix easily.
