  • pkg - 2 oz
  • milk - 6 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • butter - 1 Tbsp
  • water - 6 c
  • garlic powder - 1/8 tsp
  • chopped onions - 3/4 c
  • pepper to taste - 1 item
  • chicken bouillon cubes - 6 item
  • cheese Velveeta - 1 lb
  • fine egg noodles - 8 oz

How to make broccoli and cheese soup:

Saute onion and butter; add water and bouillon cubes. Boil and gradually add noodles and salt. Cook, uncovered, for 3 minutes. Stir in broccoli and garlic powder. Cook for 3 minutes. Add milk, cheese and pepper. Stir constantly until cheese melts. Will freeze up to 1 month.
