Broccoli and artichoke casserole
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- cracker crumbs - 1 item
- melted butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- to 2 cans artichoke hearts - 1 item
How to make broccoli and artichoke casserole:
Cook broccoli and drain. Drain and cut artichoke hearts into quarters. Blend butter, cream cheese and lemon juice. Add to broccoli. Place artichoke hearts on the bottom of a greased 3-quart casserole. Add broccoli mixture. Top with cracker crumbs and dot with butter. Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 25 minutes.
