Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 1 oz
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • eggs, beaten - 6 item
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • shredded Mozzarella cheese - 1 c
  • sausage - 1 lb
  • diced whole oregano - 3/4 tsp
  • pepper slices optional - 1 item

How to make breakfast pizza:

Cook sausage until brown; drain. Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles with elongated points toward center of a greased 12-inch pizza pan or pie dish. Press bottom and sides to form crust; seal perforations. Bake at 375° for 5 minutes on lower oven rack. Crust will be puffy when removed from oven. Reduce oven to 350°. Spoon sausage over dough. Sprinkle with cheese. Combine eggs with next 3 ingredients; pour over sausage. Bake at 350° on lower rack for 30 to 35 minutes. Garnish with pepper slices, if desired. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
