Breakfast pizza
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 5 item
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- 4 oz - 1 c
- Parmesan cheese, grated - 2 Tbsp
- sausage - 1 lb
- frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed - 1 c
How to make breakfast pizza:
Cook sausage in skillet until browned. Drain and set aside. Separate crescent rolls into 8 triangles with elongated points toward center in a greased 12-inch pizza pan. Press bottom and sides to form a crust, seal perforations. Spoon sausage over dough; sprinkle with hash brown potatoes and Cheddar cheese. Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper; pour over sausage mixture. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375° for 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Main dish, Pizza.
