  • brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • dry mustard - 1/4 tsp
  • catsup - 3/4 c
  • small onion, chopped - 1 item
  • to 3 slices bacon - 2 item
  • fresh or frozen cut corn - 3 c

How to make boston baked corn:

Preheat oven to 350°. In 1 1/2-quart casserole dish, combine all ingredients except bacon. Cut bacon into pieces and arrange on casserole. Bake uncovered about 45 minutes or until mixture is bubbly and bacon is crisp.
