- salt - 1/4 tsp
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- dry mustard - 1/4 tsp
- catsup - 3/4 c
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- to 3 slices bacon - 2 item
- fresh or frozen cut corn - 3 c
How to make boston baked corn:
Preheat oven to 350°. In 1 1/2-quart casserole dish, combine all ingredients except bacon. Cut bacon into pieces and arrange on casserole. Bake uncovered about 45 minutes or until mixture is bubbly and bacon is crisp.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Side dish, Vegetables.
