- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- nutmeg - 3 tsp
- sifted flour - 3 c
- margarine - 1 c
- lemon juice - 1 c
- allspice - 2 tsp
- blackberries - 2 c
- pinch salt - 1 item
- Icing:1 stick margarine
- buttermilk add 2 tsp - 6 Tbsp
How to make blackberry cake:
Icing:1 stick margarine1 c. brown sugar1 pinch salt1/2 c. milk Mix all ingredients. Bake at 375° for 35 to 40 minutes.Icing: Mix all ingredients; bring to a boil and let boil for 1 minute. Cool and slowly add powdered sugar until ready to spread.
