  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • eggs - 4 item
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • nutmeg - 3 tsp
  • sifted flour - 3 c
  • margarine - 1 c
  • lemon juice - 1 c
  • allspice - 2 tsp
  • blackberries - 2 c
  • pinch salt - 1 item
  • Icing:1 stick margarine
  • buttermilk add 2 tsp - 6 Tbsp

How to make blackberry cake:

Icing:1 stick margarine1 c. brown sugar1 pinch salt1/2 c. milk Mix all ingredients. Bake at 375° for 35 to 40 minutes.

Icing: Mix all ingredients; bring to a boil and let boil for 1 minute. Cool and slowly add powdered sugar until ready to spread.
