Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon
- nutmeg - 3/4 tsp
- sifted flour - 1 c
- soft butter - 2/3 c
- rolled oats - 1 c
- brown sugar, packed
- pared, sliced baking apples - 8 c
How to make apple crisp:
Place sliced apples in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Blend remaining ingredients until crumbly; spread over apples. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until apples are tender and topping is golden brown. Serve warm with cream or ice cream. Serves 12.Recipe categories: Desserts, Apple, Cobblers and crisps.
