Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3 c
- Cool Whip - 8 oz
- graham crackers - 1 item
- small instant vanilla pudding - 2 item
How to make chocolate eclair cake:
Mix pudding and milk; add Cool Whip. Set aside. Place a layer of crackers in a 13 x 9-inch pan. Spread half the pudding mixture over crackers. Place another layer of crackers and cover with remaining pudding. Layer crackers over this. Set in refrigerator for 2 hours. Spread chocolate frosting over crackers. (Can use ready made.) Chill in refrigerator for 24 hours. (Necessary to soften crackers.)Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, < 30 mins.
