Black bean tortilla pinwheels
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- garlic powder - 1/8 tsp
- salsa - 1 item
- seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped red onion - 1/4 c
- can black beans, drained - 1 oz
- Monterey Jack cheese - 1 c
- 10-inch flour tortillas - 5 item
- chopped, drained pimento green olives or black olives - 1/4 c
How to make black bean tortilla pinwheels:
Beat cream cheese and sour cream in bowl until blended. Stir in Monterey Jack cheese, olives, onion, salt and garlic powder. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.
