  • butter or margarine - 2 Tbsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 1 Tbsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • caraway seed - 1 tsp
  • bread crumbs - 1/4 c
  • lean ground beef - 1 lb
  • can chopped mushrooms, drained - 1 oz
  • poultry seasoning - 1/2 tsp
  • can beef bouillon - 1 oz

How to make german meatballs:

Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, poultry seasoning, milk and egg; blend well. Shape into meatballs. Melt butter in skillet and evenly brown meatballs. Add beef bouillon, mushrooms and onion; simmer for 30 minutes. Combine sour cream,
