German meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- sour cream - 1 c
- butter or margarine - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- caraway seed - 1 tsp
- bread crumbs - 1/4 c
- lean ground beef - 1 lb
- can chopped mushrooms, drained - 1 oz
- poultry seasoning - 1/2 tsp
- can beef bouillon - 1 oz
How to make german meatballs:
Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, poultry seasoning, milk and egg; blend well. Shape into meatballs. Melt butter in skillet and evenly brown meatballs.
