  • cream cheese, softened - 8 oz
  • mayo - 1 Tbsp
  • green bell pepper, chopped - 1/2 item
  • crackers - 1 item

How to make beefy cheese ball:

Mix cream cheese and mayo in bowl until smooth. Add next 3 ingredients. Shape into ball. Chill until firm. Serve with crackers.
