Tortilla pinwheels
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 8 oz
- salsa - 1/2 c
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- chopped green onion - 1/2 c
- garlic powder to taste - 1 item
- can chopped black olives - 1 oz
- 10-inch flour tortillas - 5 item
- can green chilies, drained - 1 oz
How to make tortilla pinwheels:
Mix first 7 ingredients together. Spread equal amounts of mixture over one end of each tortilla. Roll up tortilla. Cover each rolled up tortilla with plastic wrap; twist ends. Refrigerate for several hours. Unwrap and cut into slices. Serve with salsa for dipping.Recipe categories: Appetizers, North american, Mexican.
