Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- raisins - 1 c
- beaten egg - 1 item
- large can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- small can coconut - 1 item
- water about - 1 c
- biscuits stale biscuits are best - 12 item
How to make biscuit pudding:
Place biscuits in bottom of pan and cover with water. Soak about 30 minutes. Mix other ingredients and pour over biscuits and water. Place in 250° oven and bake until golden brown.Recipe categories: Vegetarian, Asian, Indian.
