Streusel coffee cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- packed brown sugar - 1/4 c
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- all-purpose flour
- margarine, softened - 1 Tbsp
- cooking oil - 1/4 c
- raisins - 1/2 c
- beaten egg - 1 item
- ground cinnamon - 1 tsp
How to make streusel coffee cake:
Stir together the 1 1/2 cups flour, granulated sugar, baking powder and salt. Combine egg, milk and oil. Add to flour mixture; mix well. Stir in raisins. Turn into a greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Combine nuts, brown sugar, 1 tablespoon flour, margarine and cinnamon. Sprinkle over batter.
