  • sugar
  • can pumpkin 2 c - 1 lb
  • eggs - 3 item
  • salad oil - 1/2 c
  • water - 1 c
  • all-purpose flour
  • whole wheat flour
  • baking powder
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • cinnamon - 3/4 tsp
  • ground cloves - 1/4 tsp
  • nutmeg
  • raisins
  • chopped nuts - 1 c

How to make whole wheat pumpkin muffins:

Preheat oven to 400°. Combine sugar, pumpkin, eggs, oil and water. Beat at low speed for 1 minute. Sift together both flours and next 6 ingredients. Add to pumpkin mixture. Stir just until dry ingredients are moistened. Stir in raisins and nuts. Spoon into lightly greased muffin pans (2 1/2-inch diameter). Bake for 20 to 22 minutes.
